Two engravings from his series of the Virtues: Charity personified as a woman standing in a niche, holding a swaddled child in her left arm and the wrist of a nude child in her right, Faith, personified as a woman standing in a niche, holding a fold of her robe in her left hand and raising her right hand and gesturing towards the flaming rays at upper left. There is some debate as to whether the source for these prints is a series of drawings for the wall paintings of the Sala di Costantino in the Vatican by Raphael, Giulio Romano or by the Raphael School and subsequently whether they should be dated 1510-11 or 1524-7.
