Donald Sexauer was a printmaker, painter, and educator. Educated at William and Mary, VA and Kent State University, OH, Sexauer taught at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC from 1960-2002. During this time he developed the printmaking curriculum, was acting Dean of the Art Department and Faculty Chair. Offered here is his etching from 1967 titled WOMAN, edition 134/250. Signed and dated, image approx. 14 x 9-3/4 in. plus margins. The image area is in very good condition. Mounting traces on verso. Light foxing bottom edge.
