SN. 448868. Cal. .410ga. Built with 26” brls that have matted concave top rib with twin white beads. Breech ends with small ring of engraving. Brl flats with grade stamp “2”, SN, and choke stamps “4”. Walnut splinter forend checkered in point pattern, has triangular ebony tip, and blued lightly engraved latch release and iron. Interior of iron with SN and “2”. Casehardened boxlock receiver is nicely engraved with quail on left, woodcock on right, and has shaded floral scroll towards rear. Top of left side engraved “ITHACA GUN CO”, right side “ITHACA, N.Y.” Balance of frame with light floral scroll and border engraving. Brl fences are lightly border engraved. Top of frame is stippled. Blued trigger guard with floral scroll on bow, SN at rear of tang. Gun made with single non-selective trigger, auto ejectors, non-auto safety. Lightly flame figured capped pistol grip American walnut buttstock is point pattern and wave border checkered through the wrist and terminates with what appears to be its original Ithaca Gun Co. sunburst pad. WEIGHT: 6lbs. 4oz.
