DESCRIPTION: Henry Terry eight day shelf clock. Carved mahogany case with acanthus decorated half columns, paw feet, carved basket of fruit crest and flame finials. Lower pane reverse painted with landscape. Paper dial with Roman numerals. Wooden weight driven time and strike movement. Interior with paper label for Henry Terry, Plymouth Connecticut. With pendulum, weights, and winder. Rear of dial with maintenance history. MEASUREMENTS: 17-3/4" wide x 6" deep x 41" high. CONDITION: Running; starts and stops. Scattered cracks to wood around tablets with patches to bottom trim. wear to face. Repainted dial.
