Fine Chinese quality carved pair of transitional grand type master arm chairs. Receipt of Philip Chu Ltd Hong Kong. Wood very heavy either or Rosewood, Hongmu, or Suanhi. Nice carving andmortise-and- tenon construction, with elegant features. Center back with FooDog center. 36 inches tall x 24 inches wide x 18 1/2 deep. Good condition. Fitted pillow seat. Original receipt 1971 with stamp.
