Synchronome, London, an unusual slave clock with astronomical dial, the turned oak case with beveled glass and brass bezel, signed, silvered astronomical dial, blued steel hands, brass movement with long, narrow rectangular plates, in appearance nearly identical to the seconds dial movements found in the early Shortt inertia escapement clocks
