BRONZE BAS RELIEF - Mother and Child by Ernst Eck (Belgian, 1879-1941), signed lower left and dated 1915, housed in black wood frame, SS: 7 3/4" x 5 3/4", OS: 9 3/4" x 7 3/4", bronze is good, losses to frame. Eck created this plaque and sold them to raise funds for the mothers and children of Belgium during the first year of WWII.
