Abraham Lincoln: Victor David Brenner Bronze Plaque. 7" x 9.25" gilt bronze plaque titled "Abraham Lincoln 1809 1865". The edge reads "Copyright 1907 By V. D. Brenner" and is again dated 1907 with the monogram of the artist. This is the bust that served as the model for the Lincoln penny issued two years later in conjunction with the Lincoln centennial. Integral loop on verso for hanging. Excellent condition.
