Chinese Export Porcelain Blue and White Plate, Qianlong, Circa 1750. Painted in underglaze-blue in the center with a view of a fenced garden, depicting an insect hovering over two flowering peony and tulip stems issuing from a root, the cavetto surrounded by a trellis diaperwork flowerhead border interrupted by four panels of scrolls and rhinoceros horns, within four groups of fruit and flower sprays and a band of scrolls at the brown dressed edge, the reverse rim painted with two stems.
