Wolmar "Tito" Castillo (Mexican, 20th C.) Chameleon Ice Bucket, Taxco, Mexico, c. 1960, silver on handwrought copper, two chameleon form handles mounted with modeled green stone, stamped mark "Wolmar Castillo Silversmiths Silver Plated, 7 1/8"H, 11" W x 6 3/4" D. Wolmar is the son of famed Taxco jewelry designer Antonio Castillo, founder of Los Castillo workshop, which contributed greatly to the development of Taxco jewelry in the 1940s and 1950s.
