UTAGAWA YOSHIIKU (1883-1904) AND YOSHU CHIKANOBU (1838-1912) Edo period (1615-1868) to Meiji era (1868-1912), late 19th to early 20th century 10 oban triptych prints, some with all three sheets joined, others in three separate sheets, comprising: nine bijinga by Kunichika including one from the series Chiyoda no ooku (The Inner Palace, Chiyoda), one from the series Tokugawa jidai kifujin no zu (Elegant Ladies of the Tokugawa Period) and one titled Kaika onsen no zu (View of Modern Hot Spring); one by Yoshiiku depicting the Shichifukujin (Seven Gods of Good Fortune) and Fukusuke on a boat, variously published and variously signed; each in a plastic sleeve.
