139305 - Robert Osborn (1904 - December 1994) was a very talented and revered artist, illustrator and satirist. His passing in 1994 made national news. This is another piece done in watercolor and crayon on paper as a gift for famous gallery owner Curt Valentin loosely titled 'Woman Smiling'. It measures 8 1/2" x 11" and is signed with his initial "RO" in pencil bottom right.
