An original work titled 'Cherokee Council Meeting', signed and dated 1941 lower right, sight size 3.5 x 8 inches, frame measures 12.5 x 7 inches. The year this work was created, Wilson was working for the Office of War Information, was married to Edna McKibben of Miami Oklahoma and moved to New York City. It was there that he produced his first lithograph for Associated Artists of America.
