"The Pearls", oil on thin mahogany panel, signed lower right and dated 1905, depicting a seated woman, slightly disrobed, holding the necklace in her outstretched left hand as if just received from the viewer, in a carved gilt frame with name and title tag (his name spelling anglicized), OS: 16" x 18", SS: 12" x 14". Light flaking with grain.
