Frame 16,5"x 13" Charles DeWolf Brownell known for landscape and still life paintings, highlighted with a famous painting of Connecticut Charter Oak. Born in in Providence, RI, resident of East Hartford CT, Bristol RI and NYC, he also traveled in Europe for 6 years and spent seven winters painting Cuban landscapes and flora.
