ANNE WARDROPE BRIGMAN (1869-1950) - "The Bubble", 1909, as appeared in "Camera Work" Magazine, XXV, published by Alfred Stieglitz (1864-1946), a hand-pulled carbon print on Japan tissue, May 1909. Loose, found with another sheet of Japan paper, unmarked, image size: 6 1/4" x 9 1/4", 8" x 11 3/4' sheet. Bends to edges, image is very good. The consignor's grandmother was a model for the Stieglitz circle of photographers.
