Artist: FRANCISCO TAMAGNO (1851-1933) Size: 15 x 22 3/4 in./38 x 57.6 cm La Lithographie Parisienne Founded in 1902, Automoto was a bit late in entering the bicycle business. That, however, did not stop them from building an impressive and successful factory, shown aglow at twilight in the lower half of this poster. Above, a blond muse picks lucky clovers as she kneels next to the brand's latest model. The company would branch out into motorcycle production before being bought-out by Peugeot in 1930.
