APOLLO XI: A good set of three individual signed colour 8 x 10 photographs by the crew members of Apollo XI (1969) comprising Neil Armstrong (1930- ) American Astronaut, Commander of Apollo XI, the first man to walk on the moon, Buzz Aldrin (1930- ) American Astronaut, Lunar Module Pilot of Apollo XI, the second man to set foot on the moon and Michael Collins (1930- ) American Astronaut, Command Module Pilot of Apollo XI. Each of the original NASA images depict the astronauts standing in half length poses wearing their white spacesuits. A large image of the moon can be seen in the background of each photograph. Signed and inscribed by Armstrong ('To David Cooke - Neil Armstrong') in bold blue ink to a light area of the image; signed and inscribed by Aldrin ('To David Cooke, With best wishes, Buzz Aldrin') in bold black ink to a light area of the image; and signed by Collins ('M Collins') in black ink with his name alone to a clear area of the image. Also including an unsigned 10 x 8 NASA photograph of Buzz Aldrin standing on the moon's surface alongside the United States flag. A few very light, minor surface creases to each image, VG, 4
